Medical Customer Service Rep / Medical Records Specialist

Classification: Administrative - Medical

Compensation: $10.00 to $10.00 per hour

OfficeTeam Healthcare Group has an immediate need for 10+ medical customer service representatives for a client near Speedway, IN. This 6 month contract will begin Monday, February 16, and is expected to last until June. Candidates will be responsible for:

- Auditing medical records and files for accuracy and completion
- Calling physician's offices to obtain or confirm patient information
- Entering all patient information into the electronic medical record system
- Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- 6+ months of medical records AND medical office experience (externships will be considered)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
