JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Summary: Responsible for assisting the Administrative Director, Program Director, & Director of Medical Education (DME) in management of Graduate Medical Education Residency programs. Provides scheduling of clinical rotations for Students/Interns/Residents/Fellows who participate in facility medical education training programs. Works closely with the Arizona Graduate Medical Education Consortium (AZGME) and specialty Colleges. Has a working knowledge of AOA and/or ACGME accreditation standards. Oversees Graduate Medical Education library resources and CME programs.
Required SKILL SET: Ability to be flexible in work assignments and multi-task; Requires excellent organizational skills; Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite; Knowledge of advanced Internet serarch capabilities; Ability to adapt to change and manage time. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in the completion of assignments and duties. Ability to speak and write English language fluently.
Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years experience
PREFERRED REQUIRMENTS: 5 years recent experience; Post graduate medical education teach program experience
