JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are a growing healthcare organization located in the Bronx and we are seeking a Manager for our Central Office. The Manager will manage, develop and oversee the day- to day operations for the department and provide strategic development. Manager will oversee team ensuring that patients are receiving outstanding customer service and client care from the department. Ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Manager will oversee the overall client care strategy overseeing: client's visits and schedule coordination, appointments, of the call center and central office
Develop and implement standards and train staff to continuously improve how we communicate with our clients.
Field customer complaints
Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree is preferred
Minimum of 4years of medical office management / client services
Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and problem solving skills
Experience in a Call Center environment a plus
Bilingual spanish speaking +
