Medical Practice Administrator
Growing Medical Practice (Audiology) seeks a Practice Administrator who will oversee and assist as needed in the daily operations of the practice.
Oversee verification, authorization, and claim submission process.
Oversee all billing and collection efforts (accounts receivable and account payable).
Manage the hearing aid ordering and procurement process.
Adopt practices for improved administrative operations.
Ensure HIPPA compliance and industry standards.
Maintain employee records and HR management system.
Correspond with insurance companies and patients as needed.
Update provider profiles as required with contracted companies.
Manage credentialing of doctors.
Manage contracts and relationship of accepted insurances
Prepare daily / weekly statistic s reflecting order logs, A/R, A/P, P/L
Bachelors Degree required.
At least 8 years experience as a managing administrator.
Prior medical billing experience required.
CPPM / CMM certifications a plus
