Job Description
Company: Hanford Community Medical Center
Facility: Adventist Medical Center - Reedley at Reedley
Department: Health Information Management
Responsible for identifying, confirming, and consolidating of the physical and electronic duplicate patient medical records. Reporting consolidated records to ancillary departments. Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the MPI and filing/storage of the physical record. Previous experience in medical records department in a hospital setting is preferred. Per Diem Day Shift Customer service skills are required Experience is preferred
