Cath Lab Nurses needed for greater Atlanta. The Cath Lab Registered Nurse RN performs direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse. Performs the primary function of assessing planning and evaluating the care of the patient. Responsible for meeting the established policies/standards of practice for this facility. Identifies nursing problems as they relate to the individual needs of the patients plans and carries out individualized patient care. Daily use of analytical and decisionmaking skills. Promotes and maintains patient safety standards. Participates in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement. Maintains cultural and diversity awareness when dealing with patients visitors coworkers and all other customers. Effectively communicates with customers. Promotes a supportive teamworkoriented environment. Fulfills departmental responsibilities with the longrange plan mission vision and values of the institution. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current GA RN license. Basic Healthcare Provider BLS Certification and ACLS are required. Previous 2 years experience in an acute care setting preferred. The salary range for this position is 4267K plus benefits and relocation.
