Their office is quickly expanding due to growth, and they are looking for someone with 2+ years of medical billing/claims experience! You will be billing a high volume of insurance and patients claims daily and will be managing denials and appeals daily. To be a strong fit, you will have 2+ years of medical billing experience and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance providers. br br B Your responsibilities as a medical biller: /B br ul
li Process and bill a high volume of medical claims daily /li li Research denials and appeals, issue refunds/reimbursements and re-bill providers as necessary /li li Verify patients’ insurance and obtain insurance authorizations, as well as interpret and comprehend EOB’s daily /li li Maintain billing tracking system via Excel spreadsheets and create weekly billing reports /li /ul
br B Your qualifications: /B br ul
li Must have 2+ years of medical billing/claims experience /li li Experience dealing with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurances /li li Works well in fast-paced, high volume environment /li li Strong research and problem solving skills is key! /li li Ability to multi-task and prioritize /li /ul
