JOB DESCRIPTION

APPLY
Provide technical consultation and ongoing training of company program & benefits to call center, current & prospective members, and partners. This individual will work each day to ensure members questions and concerns are answered in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Essential Functions:

*

Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls related to potential members that are interested in registering for the program
*

Handling outgoing scheduled calls to members who have registered for the program and are interested in receiving a welcome call to review benefits of the company program.
*

Communicate effectively with other team members to find the best resolution, if necessary, during the phone calls
*

Delight members by providing a memorable experience with each interaction, thus ensuring high retention within the company program
*

Support members who have questions about product andor program features
*

Enter appropriate data in various computer programs in an efficient and accurate manner
*

Ability to transcribe conversation while listening
*

Identify recurring issues and to management
*

Must be able to handle at least 50 incoming and, or outgoing calls per day

Knowledge & Skills:

*

1-3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare IT field
*

Must have exceptional people skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
*

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
*

Experience with JIRA is a plus
