JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the position:
As a Member Service Specialist you will possess knowledge and judgment to assist members and ensure high quality service, regarding scheduling, consults, as well as service functions. This is a professional business environment with high volume call service, performing tasks at a determined standard. Someone who would succeed in this position would be comfortable at multi- tasking, as well as meeting deadlines and being flexible to work around the business needs. With opportunity to earn up to $35,000 salary.
Responsibilities of the position:
? Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner to a large client base
? Interact with other departments to resolve issues in a timely manner
? Input member information with high degree of accuracy
? Complies with applicable regulations
? Willing to work outside the work hours when business flow is high
? Assist in mentoring and answering questions
At least 2 years? experience in a customer service environment with exceptional member experience
Computer literacy as well as 45 WPM
Knowledge of call center environment
Knowledge of medical jargon is a plus
Solid job tenure (no more than 3 jobs in 5 years)
