GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Under the supervision of an RN, performs selected
patient care activities and participates in the
multidisciplinary treatment plan for adolescent,
adult, and geriatric patients. Maintains
appropriate documentation. Participates in
activities which promote individual and
professional development, and achievement of unit
and hospital goals and objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS:
B.A. or B.S. degree in the mental health field
required. One year experience preferred.

CPR Certification by completion of provisional
period.
PRN Days, evenings, nights. Weekends required BS/BA
