JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Adecco is currently hiring for a DC Merchandise Controller for a great company located in West Phoenix!
In this role you will act as a liaison between the distribution centers and the home office business partners. Ensuring merchandise is effectively inspected according to quality control standards.
Duties and Responsibilities for the position are:
*Ensuring merchandise meets purchase order specifications and standards
*Educate all levels at the DC on Off-Price Business Model and how it impacts their decision making
*Problem solve effectively and efficiently
*Create and Maintain problem logs
*Build and Maintain client relationships
*Ensuring that damaged/problem merchandise and RTVs are identified and processed according to guidelines
*Identifying and communicating proper receiving, handling and routing of DC merchandise
*Drive the visit programs in the DC center to educate Operators on the importance of servicing store partners
*Bachelors degree preferred
*3-5 Merchandising experience
*Strong organizational skills
*Strong effective communication skills
*Microsoft office (computer savvy)
*Ability to influence and negotiate through problem solving
Pay $17.00 an hour
