Primary Responsibilities:
1. Oversee assigned merchandising team to ensure merchandising procedures and standards are being executed to company standards and provide feedback to management regarding team.
2. Monitor and make recommendations regarding sales, delivery and merchandising service levels in the retail market place.
3. Provide assistance with customer calls, complaints and issues in a timely manner.
4. Works with merchandising supervisor to resolve personnel and customer service issues.
5. Maintain positive relationships and direct communication with store personnel, and sales and delivery teams.
6. Work with merchandising team on a continual basis to train, support and evaluate needs.
7. Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with through your job.
8. Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations.
9. Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
10. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times.



Preferred Qualifications:


Education/Training:




* High School diploma or GED required

Licenses/Certifications:




* Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
* Minimum of 18 years of age Experience:




* Minimum one (1) year previous merchandising experience
* Previous supervisory experience Knowledge/Skill:




* General knowledge of industry products
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Bilingual preferred
* Effective organizational and time management skills
* Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Physical Requirements:
1. Lift/Carry 35 lbs. repetitively up to 75 lbs.
2. Push/pull up to 100 lbs.
3. Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp
4. Climb stairs/ladder
5. Work indoors and outdoors
