Selection Criteria

Strong experience in architecting and implementing productivity solutions for globally distributed clients, both in a hands-on and team leadership capacity..
In depth understanding of productivity tools like email, collaboration, social collaboration, instant messaging, e-meetings and mobility/telephony.
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior members of the team.
In depth understanding of deploying Productivity solution for geographically distributed locations using replication.
In depth understanding of Email Mobile solutions using Blackberry, iOS, Android and other popular device platforms.
In depth understanding of real-time collaboration tools such as IM, eMeetings and the integration with global Unified Communication and Collaboration systems.
Excellent understanding of specific Microsoft cloud offerings (O365), Google Mail and Apps, and other competing solutions.
Good understanding of web single sign-on using CA Site Minder, RSA SecureID and SAML based solutions.
Architect production systems for mission critical applications in complex environment with minimum supervision.
Lead implementation of complex Productivity, Mobility and Collaboration projects.
Strong knowledge of systems integration, and analytical skills to maintain complex systems.
Strong knowledge of the cloud environment - architecture and implementation.
Relevant experience with system backup and recovery.
Initiative and resourcefulness in complex environments; flexibility and the ability to effectively prioritize conflicting demands in high-pressure and time-critical situations are essential.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently as well as in collaboration with a team; strong team player.
Superior communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a team/task force as a participant or team leader.
Proven conceptual, analytical and evaluation skills.
Proven ability to clearly and concisely prepare, present, discuss and defend recommendations at senior levels and to produce a wide range of deliverables such as memoranda, requirements documents, status reports, terms of reference (TORs), project plans, etc.
Demonstrated sensitivity to the Bank's distinctive demographics and cross cultural context and influences, and ability to build effective work relationships with clients and colleagues.
Fluent in verbal and written English.

MA/MS in Computer Science, or Business Management of Information Systems, with 8 years of relevant experience. BS/BA is minimum education requirement with 10 years of relevant experience.

Duties and Accountabilities:

This individual will play a forward thinking, proactive role and keep up with the latest technologies.
Be able to collaborate with multiple teams and other architects to set the technical direction and vision for our Productivity initiative.
Not only lead the definition of our Productivity strategy but will play a large role in defining our client engagement strategy. This is a critical aspect to ensuring we successfully launch a new initiative that takes the organization in a completely new direction.
Support a wide range of business and technology projects that focus on the internal and external cloud offerings, both premise and hybrid based. Should have good knowledge in implementing and testing complex technical applications on cloud architectures in support of business needs.
Should also be able to capture, document and utilize business and technical requirements to support engineering projects from Initiate through production turnover.
Responsible for communicating both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various audiences (work group, team, company management, external clients) the strategy, vision and execution status of related project, vision and industry direction.
Responsible for visualizing, articulating, and solving complex problems and concepts, and making decisions that make sense based on available information.
Analyze various IT productivity metrics, develops improvement plans, and facilitates the execution of those plans
Stays abreast of technology best practices for integration into the strategy to build the IT world class organizations
Remains up to date on Social Media technologies, trends, available tools, and best practices within the workplace
Responsible for architecting and implementing productivity tools.
Experienced in architecture, engineering, configuration and maintenance of highly available systems servicing collaboration platforms, portals, mobility and email.
Responsible for security, integrity and audit compliance of the system.
Responsible for capacity planning and investment plans of the system.
Responsible for software product selection and implementation to meet the emerging needs of Email and collaboration area from a perspective of increasing Productivity.
Responsible for working with stakeholders in detecting performance problems including analysis of traffic patterns, scalability, and redundancy of the infrastructure solutions for worldwide user community.
Manage the availability and performance of Email and collaboration tools for worldwide user community.
Create a framework for continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, historical and real time performance monitoring of the critical user-facing systems.
Liaise with vendor for product purchases, support and relationship management.
Evaluate and recommend system management and security related products.
Develop policies and procedures for the management and operation of Information and technology (IT) infrastructure.
