Job Title: Kiehl s - Manager, Business Analysis

Function: Sales

Supervisor Title: AVP, Sales Development



Section 2: Job Summary:

Manager, Business Analysis is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and publication of all sales related data to Home Office and Field Force to ensure alignment of risks and opportunities across all of our channels (including Luxury Beauty Store). This includes but is not limited to daily sales flash by channel, weekly sales summary for total Kiehl s & LBS, monthly publication of sales, mix of business (MOB), MRS plans, KPI s, and bonus calculation for LBS and quarterly for Kiehl s Retail Stores.

Section 3: Job Requirements

-BA degree

-5+ years related business experience

-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a member of a fast paced, dynamic team

-Ability to prioritize assignments and work within short time frame and meet deadlines

-Excellent follow up and follow through skills; dependable; accountable

-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

-Retail business awareness and acumen

-Ability to collaborate with various business partners at all levels effectively

-Results oriented with a high level of attention to detail

-Critical thinking and anticipating needs of various stakeholders

-Ability to develop, coordinate and implement timelines





Section 4: Judgment and Decision Making

- Requires sound judgment and decision making skills

- Assess inquiries and issues to determine protocol and next steps in appropriate follow up for resolution

* Monday : Kiehl s Topline Sales for MRS Webinar with publication to Leadership team (w/ context). FVP file update & publication

* Tuesday:

* Brand overview (POS Weekly & Topline MOB)

* Retail Store Weekly Update (Sales, KPI s (incl. Traffic))

* Launch Review Sell Thru for Strategic Planning

* LBS Review (Sales, KPI s, MOB)

* Monthly:

* Audited Sales Reports : Division Chain + Mall Market

* Publish monthly competitive overview

* Calculate Bonus for FSS (projected) & LBS (actual)

* Quarterly:

* Calculate Bonus for FSS (actual)
