This position works at the direction and under the supervision of the General Manager to ensure that high quality products and service are delivered to our customers to ensure restaurant profitability. You must be a team-oriented leader who instills pride and accountability in your team. This position is expected to develop the competencies and skills required to become a General Manager.
Job Skills/Requirements
An equivalent combination of experience and training may substitute for any of the listed position qualifications.
You must have supervisory experience in a restaurant and good cash management and accounting skills. Must be able to work long hours, which will include nights and weekends
