All your different sides are welcome here, as we believe they make our team, our products and our services, that much better\.This position is located in Clearfield, Utah and will be the Quality, Safety and Mission Assurance \(QSMA\) Manager for all programs under Weapon System Sustainment and Modernization \(WSSM\) Business Unit\. The selected candidate will report to the division Director of QSMA, and will be the WSSM Leadership Team's focal point for all Quality Management System activities related to existing programs, new business development activities, performance issues and concerns\. The QSMA Quality Manager will be functionally responsible for directing all WSSM BU QSMA Program activities and resources including Production, Software, Design and Supplier Quality\. These responsibilities include Program Quality Plan maintenance to assure compliance to contract requirements as well as Division, Sector and Corporate quality policies, processes and procedures ensuring the total integration of quality requirements throughout all phases of design, planning, procurement, test, delivery and post\-delivery support\.Participation in the preparation and approval of project work packages, schedules, cost estimates and budgets will be required\. This position will also have overall responsibility for driving the corrective action process complimentary to the established nonconforming material control system to ensure both timely and effective root cause analyses and preventative actions to support direct responses to Internal Issues, Customer Complaints and Supplier Discrepancies\. The WSSM BU QSMA Manager will also responsible for identifying Quality skills, competencies and training needs to ensure effective QSMA support in meeting mission requirements, and to ensure process and product visibility status is provided to the WSSM BU Leadership Team, Division and Sector Senior LeadershipThe successful candidate must possess a complete and thorough understanding of all facets of Quality as well as proven leadership, managerial, and communication skills across all levels of the company\. The successful candidate must have a superior ability to establish and nurture an excellent working relationship with all Customers both internal and external\.

* Basic Qualifications:

* + Bachelor of Science \(BS\) required\.+ Minimum of five \(5\) years experience\.+ Strong working knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 and CMMI\.+ Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts, process and tools\.+ Strong communication skills, both written and oral\.+ U\.S\. Citizen able to obtain and maintain a D\.O\.D\. Secret Clearance
