The scope of this role requires a solid professional having wide-ranging experience interfacing with and providing consultative services to customers, working with and managing diverse organizational teams and using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Work is accomplished in a team environment but must also be capable of being executed without much direction. Significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment are part of this scope.
Exercises judgment (within broadly defined policies and practices) in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
-Identifies operational problems by analyzing workflows and working with process supervisors and managers
-Identifies operational efficiency, cost savings, KPIs and workflow improvements -Create, manage and maintain analytics and metrics.
-Analyze capital expenditures and project designs to gain efficiencies
-Provides operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering data and trends.
-Consulting proposal generation by analyzing systems, processes and procedures. Translates into cost effective projects with measurable results / efficiency gains.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Works with customer leadership in a consultative capacity to drive efficiencies
Establishes and manages metrics and key performance measures.
Recommends corrective actions and implements changes.
Identifies and mitigates risks, develops and implements risk mitigation plans.
May lead proposal preparation, statements of work, and estimation of costs. Evaluates project proposal against organizations strategic objectives.
Responsible for driving process improvement for large part(s) of project. Conducts project reviews through the life of the project.
Perform other duties as required.
Basic Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors Degree and 6 years of industry experience
Must have: Impecable Excel skills, Strong Analytical and consulting skills
