Job Description

* Prepare and analyze building materials using microscopy

* Data review and interpretation with senior staff overview

* Data entry

* QA investigations with assistance

* Work independently and give insight on problem solving

* Assist with log-in and client services

* Company procedures and policies adhered to

* Experience in general laboratory techniques

* Turnaround times achieved

* Multi-task and prioritize workload

Required Experience, Education, Certifications

Bachelor s degree in a science-related field. Experience in polarized light microscopy analysing asbestos is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

The ability to work with clients and all levels of staff, detail oriented, and self-starter, strong written and verbal skills, capable of making sound decisions quickly and effectively, ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Availability for overtime work on evenings and weekends to meet client workload demands. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
