JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Washington office seeks a mid-level associate for the International Trade practice. Qualified candidates for this position should have a minimum of three years of experience in Department of Commerce Antidumping and Countervailing duty cases, including experience in market economy and non-market economy. International Trade Commission injury case experience, U.S. Court of International Trade or U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit judicial clerkship experience and/or foreign language skills are a plus.
All applicants must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and references.
Candidates must currently be licensed to practice law, or currently eligible to become licensed to practice, in Washington, DC.
