What you Get to Do: Provide guests with a fully-stocked and well-maintained mini-bar on a consistent basis throughout their stay. Stock the mini-bar cart with the necessary items in order to maintain the par level on a daily basis. Assist as Room Attendant cleaning guest rooms as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Fill up refrigerator in every room. * Report all finding in refrigerator. * Deliver receipts tickets to Front Desk three times daily. * Clean the mini-bars regularly and consistently. * Clean up honor bar supply room everyday. * Place order for honor bar supplies as often as needed. * Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items. If par level is low, communicate needed items to Housekeeping Manager. * Do bar inventory once a month. * Assist in cleaning guest rooms as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No supervision required. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Less than high school education; or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read limited number of two-three syllable words and to recognize similarities ad differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. REASONING ABIILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems in situations. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Must be able to speak English to communicate with guests. Must be able to recognize situations which may involve guests that require immediate supervisory attention. Must know and use reasonable care for the safety and security of the guest.
