Mktg Manager/HIGH END COSMETICS LINE/MASSIVE & EXCITING GROWTH
FAST GROWING HIGH END COSMETIC LINE is actively seeking to add a qualified Director of Marketing. This is a newly created position within the company! Vision of the Co: Continue to build upon the tremendous momentum and growth achieved by the brand to date, while taking the company's marketing efforts to the next level. Development and implementation of a multi-channel marketing strategy and plan to support and drive the company?s existing portfolio of retailers as well as the rapid expansion of distribution and the company?s new product business. Critical to success in this role will be increasing both trials by new customers as well as acquiring and driving new customers to both new and existing products. The position will focus on building consumer demand and employing marketing initiatives that will facilitate profitable growth and will provide leadership for all aspects of marketing, advertising, social media and public relations. In addition, candidate selected will play a critical role in the development of infrastructure to create and/or maintain successful product launches and maintaining brand standards in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial region with lean marketing resources at present. Additional responsibilities: Drive the development, implementation and results of the ABH?s marketing, corporate communications, and public relations activities, including maximizing brand awareness, customer acquisition and customer segmentation, and customer loyalty. Brand stewardship by guiding the evolution and growth of the Co. Formulation of product strategy, brand standards and measurement systems, and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving business goals. Understand, anticipate and address the drivers/barriers, influences and nuances involved in marketing and brand decision-making. Oversee the Company?s digital strategy and execution including interactive marketing and promotion, analytics, development, website localization, social media strategy and execution, e-mail campaign management. Develop actionable consumer insights and compelling executional frameworks and campaigns that create breakthrough levels of interest, engagement and loyalty. Develop and maintain brand marketing assets. Monitor ROI on marketing programs and report results to the respective constituents and partners in a clear, concise and timely manner. Direct and manage related budget activities. Oversee and manage marketing team.
