retains a skilled and qualified workforce. Responsible for the centralized coordination and oversight of PG&E?s mobility Program (Relocation and Immigration) Develop guidelines, improve and implement process, programs, and administration of the mobility program
working in close collaboration with Recruiting Delivery, Recruiting Operations, HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Sourcing and external vendors.QualificationsMinimum:

? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 10 years of Job-related experience
? Experience in mobility program management
? Experience in vendor management
? Leadership experience


? GMS ? Global Mobility Specialist Certification
Experience in Relocation
? Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
? Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
? Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear
understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
? Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
? Knowledge of Immigration processes and filing requirements
? Strong project
management skills
? Ability to work on assignments that are complex in nature, requiring judgement in resolving issues or making recommendations to executive leaders
