Job Description
SUMMARY: Responsible for mold preparation (quick and full cleans), mold delivery to the work cell, mold preventative maintenance, improvement projects for single minute exchange of dies (SMED), injection mold improvement/standardization, and help in production, setup, or materials as needed on 2nd or 3rd shift.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience in assembly practices and procedures are preferred.
' Must be a team player.
' Work with minimal supervision and be a self starter.
' Capable of lifting and maneuvering 50lbs. steel parts.
