Mortgage Marketing Administrator

BASIC FUNCTION:
Assist in the development, creation and implementation of advertising, promotional, and marketing support materials and programs, and market research procedures and strategies.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development of marketing programs that meet business clients requirements (for channels including: mortgage sales management (Forward & Reverse), Third Party Originations (TPO) (Broker and Correspondent), Lending Services and Customer Asset Management (CAM), while ensuring compliance with bank policy and adherence to brand standards and budgets.
Coordinate and administer internal and external marketing initiatives including: print/online ads, brochures, flyers, direct mail, email, social media, press releases, loan officer web pages, microsites, presentations, signage, proposals, etc.
Prepare reports including CRA Initiative/Activity reports, assist with production of top performer recognition and assist in planning/coordinating sales meetings for sales/top performers.
Coordinate tradeshow support for Mortgages Retail and Third Party Originations channels.
Interact with both internal bank personnel and external contacts such as vendors and industry business associations.
Secure and maintain necessary project approvals for State and Federal Bank Exams, internal Audits, etc. Coordinate responses to State and Federal exam requests with appropriate reporting as needed.
Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

NATURE AND SCOPE:
The position participates in the development and creation of marketing materials that support Mortgage Sales, Lending Services and Customer Asset Management (CAM). The position works to meet the needs of clients, working with the creative team and Compliance to deliver materials that meet brand standards and are Compliant for use. This may also involve working with other internal and external business partners and vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or, in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 4 years higher education/work experience.
Proficient in MicroSoft Suite of Software applications and other software programs utilized by the department.
Knowledge of other mainframe systems/software based programs.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
Experience with InDesign or Access.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Desk oriented, office environment.
Ability to read fine print.
Some light lifting, preparing/shipment of tradeshow booths.
