Job Description
Multiple Customer Service Representative Openings in Latham, NY! These are temporary to permanent opportunities paying $11.30/hour! This position will start out with a 9am- 5:30pm Monday- Friday schedule during training and then transition to 12pm- 8pm, candidates must be available during these time frames. These positions have a start date of December 12th, 2011.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and assist clients/members with questions
Maintain accurate files and database
Clerical/administrative duties within the office
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma required
1-3 years of experience in customer service required
Experience working within medical insurance or Medicare preferred
Strong phone etiquette
Ability to work within a fast paced environment
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Minimum typing speed of 25wpm with an 85% accuracy rate
