We are seeking an experienced Regional Municipal Sales Representative - East Region to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Product Sales The Regional Municipal Sales Representative promotes Low Pressure products to the US Municipal markets in order to achieve assigned sales revenue goals within assigned regions. They will prepare technical proposals and quotes
to comply with the engineering specifications of the customer site. The Regional Municipal Sales Representative selects the appropriate equipment, accessories and control systems to meet the customer's requirements.
Additional duties of a Regional Municipal Sales Representative include:

Providing technical support to the manufacturer representatives during the bidding process.

Reviewing and negotiating the terms and conditions with the final contractors.

Ensuring a proper transition to the Project Management team after the order is awarded.

Developing, in a sustainable way, the manufacturer representatives network with the assigned region.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience requirements

Four year degree in business or engineering preferred; High School graduate with related work experience required.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant industrial sales management experience to the municipal market, preferably in indirect sales or via distribution. Experience in waste water application and municipal markets would be a great advantage.

Must be self-directed.
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

Have proven presentation skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Travel for this role is up to 50% of the time or as needed.
Must have and maintain a valid driver s license.
