The Red Bull Ambassador
Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers & business partners
"Own The Night" and deeply integrate with the On Premise network
Manage sampling and trial events to recruit new customers and industry influencers
Lead staff engagement sessions at your accounts to build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand
The Entrepreneur Of The City
Develop, win approval, and maintain ownership of your territory business plan
Execute a disciplined daily strategy to achieve your business plan goals
Grow Red Bull brand affinity with customers in your territory collaborating closely with influencers and business partners
Deliver premium execution and creative value-adds to enhance Red Bull's brand image at third party events
Create exciting new tactics and initiatives for achieving your goals
The Indispensable Consultant
Negotiate strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements to build long term relationships
Manage comprehensive execution of contract terms for every account
Leverage market knowledge and creative insights to uncover new opportunities that drive volume and profit goals
Collaborate with business partners to execute the Red Bull On Premise sales strategy and maximize account profit
Be an active and engaged leader in cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and performance
The Territory Expert
Manage your schedule for efficient territory coverage, ensuring 90% of time is spent in the field calling on accounts.
Master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge and trends.
Leverage your impressive communication & selling skills to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise
Maintain a consistent level of excellence, ensuring Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and executions within your territory
Own your territory by diligently tracking, analyzing and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity
YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
(PROVEN PERFORMANCE IN)
* Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts, and experience in "the scene" * Preferred: 2+ years experience in a sales position with a strong track record of success * Strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate * Excellent communication and active listening skills * Creative, solution-oriented mindset * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of this job
Bachelor's Degree preferred
