The Customer Account Analyst (CAA) for the North American Customer Services group is responsible for managing the customer order process from receipt of order to delivery of product, ensuring on time in full delivery to our customersThe CAA is responsible for handling contacts and communication from multiple channels (phone, email, fax, and the web), and insure accessibility to our customers. Incumbents are expected to act as a liaison between the customer and the other functional areas within Sun Chemical to manage the orders through the order fulfillment process. He/She will work closely with supply chain, logistics, sales and the manufacturing plants to have orders fulfilled.The CAA will follow established processes to manage exceptions and shipment delays, and recognize appropriate situation for escalation. She/he is expected to provide an exceptional level of support and expertise to internal and external customers by effectively managing the issues and responsibilities that are inherent to the position.Sun Chemical Corporation: NACS - Customer Service Representative
