RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and manage marketing strategy to achieve client satisfaction, drive sales and participation Create and articulate plans with goals, measurements, and timelines Provide support to regional marketing directors and unit managers to achieve and maintain Bon Appétit standards and branding Develop, produce, and deliver marketing campaigns and materials for all national marketing, wellness, and sustainability initiatives Evolve and implement new visual brand standards Collaborate with Wellness, Purchasing, and Operations teams to develop and present interdisciplinary tools and content Evaluate and assist in the development of marketing technology solutions geared to increase efficiency and transparency. Develop and host monthly all-company webcasts, marketing webcasts, monthly marketing conference calls, and annual marketing meeting Share information and facilitate collaboration amongst regional marketing team Build relationships with the field and regional leadership Create client-facing content including assisting with sales proposal and presentations Develop tools to support field marketing and complete ad hoc projects and requests Stay abreast of Bon Appétits commitments in sustainability Other marketing projects as assigned
