We actually work reasonable hours. Who you are: ? You have a degree in computer science, or the work experience to show you don't need one. ? You have experience writing .NET code. You know your way around Visual Studio without using a mouse. ? You can write and debug a SQL stored procedure. You know what joins, foreign keys, and indexes are. ? You know how to communicate: On the phone, you're personable and articulate. In emails, you're clear and helpful. In meetings, you contribute ideas. ? As a full-time Technical Support Engineer, you'll support users of our flagship software, ResWare, via phone and email. This is an extremely important role to us: One of the reasons our customers love us so much is our great support ? it's high-touch and quick-response. We want someone great to help continue and grow that reputation. Besides answering phones and emails, you'll work closely with engineers on a daily basis. Solutions to problems won't always be obvious, so you'll often need to debug and fix code yourself.
