As an NPI Supply Chain Program Leader - Anaheim, CA, you will responsible for helping our client ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met for a critical New Product Introduction they are undertaking. Our business serves as a service provider in terms of technical resources on a contract and project basis. You will be onsite with the client and directing resources of our contracted team and/or liaising with field reps we have placed within the supply base as well as liaising with offsite resources that we have across various locations to perform back office functions. In summary, you will be with the client serving as their “right hand” business partner to ensure proper resource support to get the job done in accordance with the project deliverables.

Principal Responsibilities for the NPI Supply Chain Program Leader - Anaheim, CA include but are not limited to the following:

Understanding the client’s program schedule, including risks and cross-functional dependencies.
Establishing a labor plan/strategy to ensure appropriate Belcan coverage to execute deliverables on which the schedule depends.
Overseeing and directing deliverables completed by Belcan resources on-site at the client, offsite at a Belcan facility, or out in the field (e.g., at a client supplier location).
Acting as a liaison and advisor to the client’s Supply Chain, Quality, and Program points of contact.


Required and desired skills for the role include:

U.S. Citizenship
Located in Anaheim, California
Minimum Education Requirement – Bachelor of Science degree

Minimum Experience Requirement – at least 5 years in an OEM environment
