Primary Purpose: This position will participate in the build-out, maintenance, documentation, and overall health of the Coach Corporate network infrastructure LAN/WAN/Security. The primary responsibility of this individual is to install and support reliable, state of the market network and security solutions. This person will also be responsible for carrying out installation and maintenance of network software & hardware; including routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, firewall/VPN devices, monitoring and management systems and end user equipment. This person will participate in network and security projects and develop and maintain detailed network installation and configuration documentation. This person will partner closely with other areas of technology and with members of Coach s business community.

Implements and maintains Coach's network infrastructure.
Provides third-level network engineering support Help Desk escalation calls; includes on-call (off-hour) support
Escalates to third-party support, ensures vendor compliance to service level agreements
Researches, recommends, tests and implements network and security equipment.
Monitors system (network-centric) performance.

Ability to work independently.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
Solid understanding of local and wide area network concepts IP routing protocols and topologies (OSPF, BGP, MPLS), switching technologies (VLANs, Span Tree).
In-depth knowledge Cisco equipment and operating systems, including configuration of routers, switches and wireless equipment.
In-depth knowledge of Security devices, including Check Point and Cisco
In-depth knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC)
In-depth knowledge of Network Management platforms including HP Openview, Solarwinds, and network performance platforms (Netscout nGenius,d)
Experience with WiFi networks, security measures, threat countermeasures.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Proven track record of success
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or related experience preferred
3-5 years technical work experience
Industry recognized certifications preferred (CCNA, CCNP)
