Network Service Manager

ACC Technical Services, Inc. is small, growing outsourced IT administration and consulting services company located in Syracuse, NY. The company provides extensive support services, project management and business analysis covering applications, systems, networks and IT vision. ACC is looking to add a Network Services Manager to its energetic team. The Network Services Manager will oversee and participate in all aspects of the business operations within the Network Services Division. This division administers 400 active clients and 600 clients in total, and provides outsourced IT services to the larger environment. ACC Technical Services, Inc. serves clients in the public and private sector in Syracuse, and elsewhere.

Required skills include network infrastructure design, build, delivery and maintenance, as well as general business management, personnel management, project management, planning, writing, sales, and reporting. The minimum prerequisites for this position are:
•BS in MIS, Computer Science or related.
•Must be able to travel in Onondaga County
•Design advanced support services for a diverse computing software and infrastructure that includes physical and virtual server technologies, SAN / storage arrays / backup and recovery solutions, LAN / WAN / wireless networking technologies, messaging solutions, database software, and anti-virus based on client requirement.
• Proficiency in the design and advanced support of, Exchange 2003/2010, Windows 2003 / 2008 (R2) Server, AD, DHCP, DNS, NSP,IIS, HYPER-V and WSUS.
• Experience with data centers
• Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, RIP,OSPF, IS-IS, IGRP, EIGRP and BGP
