C&S, NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Dodge Data and Analytics is searching for an Inside SalesContractors & Services (C demonstrate effective utilization of all appropriate systems for information capture and reporting.
* Represent Dodge Data and Analytics professionally in all interactions.

SKILLS:

* Successful track record for managing sales cycle, negotiations and meeting sales objectives.
* Bachelor's degreepreferred or equivalent work experience.
* 2+ year's sales experience preferred.
* Experience with e-business transactions in previous work environment is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude required.
* Demonstrate consultative sales skills.
* Proficiency in desktop software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software packages as necessary (CRM, order management, etc), as well as functional knowledge of networksystems necessary to complete tasks, and manage duties accordingly.
* Ability to take initiative to monitor and continuously improve efforts.
* Exemplary decision making and problem solving abilities are necessary.
* Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude.
* The ability to cold call and build an resourceful pipeline
* Demonstrated consultative sales skills with a strong close ratio
* Superior "change-management" skills and an ability to work independently are necessary
* Ability to take initiative to monitor and continuously improve efforts.
* Exemplary decision making and problem solving abilities.
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task.
* Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills to facilitate communication and interaction with all staff levels as well as prospective customers. Must be able to clearly document activities and communicate effectively with Dodge Data & Analytics leaders, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Support, Product, and other departments.
