Night Auditor - Part Time

Greets and registers guests, providing prompt and attentive service. Checks guests out of the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel. Upgrades guests as required. Promotes hotel services, amenities, and up-sells products to guests. Balances all daily work for the hotel. Posts and balances charges in a timely and efficient manner. Handles other administrative and/or accounting tasks as directed by the supervisor or General Manager during slow periods throughout the shift. Starts the morning breakfast process in the restaurant or complimentary services area. Coordinates any early morning banquet/meeting requests from early arriving day guests from groups meeting at the hotel to ensure thorough satisfaction.
