Assists the nursing staff in rendering services in order to facilitate and ensure optimal comprehensive and individualized patient care. Works under the direction of the charge nurse to provide direct patient care as needed. Requirements include High School Diploma with 2 years experience or Bachelors Degree with six months experience in inpatient psychiatric or residential setting required. CNA certification preferred.
