The Clinical Development Coordinator is a RN who coordinates orientation, continuing education, and staff development for a specific service area. The Clinical Development Coordinator demonstrates clinical excellence. The Clinical Development Coordinator functions to support clinical practice through quality improvement and thoughtful use of resources. The Clinical Development Coordinator partners with other members of the leadership team in the service area. QUALIFICATIONS:Active RN license. Associate's required, Bachelors degree preferred. 2-3 years medical nursing experience required. Must possess clinical excellence with medical specialty service, demonstrated leadership abilities, proficient verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work with others to accomplish goals through collaboration and coordination, and demonstrated organizational, teaching and self-management skills
