Assist with personnel management duties including screening and selection of nursing staff, providing department orientation and training, completing performance evaluations and giving feedback to Director of Nursing and the Human Resources office. Schedule nursing unit staff, assuring an appropriate staffing ratio based on patient acuity, and adhering to nursing department FTE standards. Monitor the day to day provision of psychiatric and chemical dependency nursing care, assisting on the unit and communicating problemsissues with Director of Nursing as they occur. Requirements: *Must have a valid State of Georgia Registered Nurse license. *No less than 4 years of nursing leadership experience in a psychiatric setting. *Bilingual Spanish a plus.
