As a member of Concord Hospital Medical Group (a department of Concord Hospital), Penacook Family Physicians provides comprehensive, individualized medical care for the entire family. Services encompass the entire array of family medicine including newborn care, child and adolescent health, minor surgery, women s health care, physical exams, and preventive medicine.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, and/or Clinical Leader, and under the direction of the provider, delivers patient care including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation.

RN is preferred but will consider LPN with primary care experience Full-time Day shift NH Board of Nursing Registered Licensure Required, Experience is preferred.
