This Area Health and Wellness Director will cover five Brookdale communities in the surrounding area.

This newly created position provides an experienced health care manager with an opportunity to build relationships across several of our senior living communities. As our regional health care manager you'll work with community-level health and wellness directors to evaluate residents and supervise our clinical staff, ensuring residents receive optimum care.
This is a leadership role within the largest senior living solutions company in the nation, which offers opportunities for advancement in a rapidly growing industry. We're looking for someone who can provide support and input across several communities to help us make improvements, while always focusing on patient care. You'll be a communication link between the residents' family members, physicians and our community directors.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice
* Management experience in nursing, senior living or post-acute care
* Working knowledge of computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office
* Ability to effectively listen and communicate verbally and in writing
