SUMMARY:
Provides in an atmosphere of Christian community, healthcare service that contributes to the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual well being of each person served.
Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Nurse Technician may participate in direct patient care, selected treatments, documentation of observations and care given, and the reporting of patient signs, symptoms and conditions.
Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to assist with care appropriate to the age of the patients served and utilizes knowledge of cultural diversity in providing care.



EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
High school degree or equivalent required.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (and not holding a current license or permit to practice nursing in this state) OR
Junior or Senior in last year of accredited RN program.
