Nursing Supervisor

. JOB PURPOSE:
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for providing quality and continuity of Hospital-wide
activities through communication, resource coordination, personnel development, and data
collecting/reporting during evening, night, and weekend shifts. Participates in intra- and
interdepartmental planning when changes relate to these shifts.

B. ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BS and/or MS in nursing strongly preferred. CNA
(certified nurse administrator) or clinical speciality certification is strongly preferred.

2. Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Minimum of three years clinical nursing
experience and one year mana Per Diem Evenings/Nights Associates Degree 5+ years experience required
