O/M HVAC Specialist II

STEADY EMPLOYMENT with an established local company, Part Time Employment-Flexible Hours approx 20-25 a week. Perform Operations & maintenance,
preventive maintenance,inspections on mechanical, electrical and automatic temperature control equipment using results oriented strategies to ensure continuing operation. PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
1. Inspects mechanical equipment such as cooling towers, cooling units and filters.
2. Performs routine tasks such as cleaning and oiling cooling units, cleaning coils in cooling towers, changing belts and lubricating equipment.
3. Monitors equipment operations through walking tours. Reports any alarms representing failure of systems.
4. Performs low voltage wiring tasks (e.g. installation of door switches, call stations) and performs regular maintenance checks. Pulls cable and wire according to specifications.
5. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
