We are currently looking for a OCM Program Manager with OCM, OT, PM experience for our client. This is a Contract position located in Greenwood Village, CO. /p p p Organizational Change Management (OCM) Program Manager /p p br / Unison Systems is looking for a proven OCM Program Manager to lead an IT / OT strategy from the ground up. This strategy needs to be developed utilizing a proven methodology, and will serve as the foundation for this transition of technology. This is a six-month contract to start, but is a multi-year program with various phases, primarily focused on the “people side” of OT (Operational Technology) in the energy/natural resources industry. Our client is located here in Denver, CO with international travel highly likely. /p p /p p br / Keys to the role: /p p br / u OCM Program Manager /u /p p This individual will be responsible for the entire engagement including the strategy, education, training and impact OCM will have on the organization. This person will need a minimum of two (2) years experience providing organizational change management initiatives, including communication plans, impact/risk analysis, training/traning materials, change/organizational readiness assessments. /p p br / u Proven Methodology/Framework. /u /p p This individual must have experience utilizing a proven methodology for OCM; preferably for a previous IT/OT transition. Needs to have experience in developing this transition of technology plan from ground zero for multiple large global organizations. /p p br / u Strong Communication Skills. /u /p p Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization; this person will develop a communication plan that will work throughout the organization; they must have the ability to present to an executive team/board of directors on budget appropriation as well as to field operators; educating them on the benefits of a particular technology, and what benefits using this technology provides to the workers themselves.
