JOB DESCRIPTIONImmediate need for a strong Office Support clerk for a stable manufacturing company in Long Beach. Must possess fast and accurate data entry, excellent customer service attitude and order entry experience. Good computer and communication skills will be keys to success in this dynamic organization. Will be responsible for assisting customers with orders via phone/internet, data entry into proprietary system and into Excel and following up with customers status of their orders. Will be assigned other miscellaneous clerical duties as needed. Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years previous order entry experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. .
