JOB DESCRIPTIONOBJECTIVE OF POSITION
Support branch operations by processing applicants, assisting clients and implementing office procedures and systems. Contribute to the professionalism of AppleOne by providing quality service.
? Greet visitors
? Receive all incoming telephone calls and route calls promptly
? Schedule qualified applicants for appointments
? Prescreen applicants for registration with AppleOne by administering and grading evaluations and recording test scores
? Back up account executive
? Enter applicant information into Office Automation system
? Maintain all records in accordance with the Quality Manual
? Maintain adequate supply of information for temporary associates
? Faxing, photocopying and other general office duties as necessary
? Process weekly temp payroll
? Basic computer skills/strong computer aptitude
? Excellent written and verbal skills
? Ability to interface with all levels of employees
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
? Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
? Detail oriented
