Job Description

Responsibilities and this position's primary duties are:

Make outbound calls to clients resolve disputes over supplies shipments and payments
Perform customer account analyses to reconcile printer supplies issues. Additionally, manage the unbilled meter read report to ensure all devices are billing monthly meter reads. This includes roughly 2800 devices that are not in compliance. this is an additional position and you will be partnering with another team member to obtain cross functional training.


Skills and Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years of work experience in Collections, Accounts Payable, Receivable and or Credit Review/Analysis

2. Call center experience within a credit union or banking environment required

3. Proven track record of outstanding phone support ability


Additional Duties:
• Work with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to run and conclude the above referenced major projects.
• Obtain cross functional training of administrative details for these projects.
• Maintain project reporting by tracking major milestones; plan vs. actual
• Update and pursue delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
• Coordinate work flow in order to keep projects on schedule
• Risk and issue management, problem escalation
• Facilitate planning activities and meetings
• Provide status communications to all levels – supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates.
• Attend meetings in order to compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, multi-task across projects
• Ability to set specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
• Ability to identify information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to work over the phone with potentially challenging issues taht will require proper phone etiquette and a tactful approach to resolve un-reported meter reads.
• Self-motivated with results-oriented attitude
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
