Signature HealthCARE at St. Peter Villa in Memphis, TN, is a 180-bed skilled and intermediate care facility located in the heart of Midtown with easy access to the downtown medical center. Built in 1981 The Villa has an excellent reputation for providing 24-hour care for the skilled, elderly, chronically ill, and rehabilitative residents. We offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy services 6 days a week, and ongoing restorative therapy services to maintain our residents highest level of mobility and independence. Our certifications include Lymphedema, Modality, Manual Therapy, Vital Stim, Beckman Oral Motor Facilitation, and Neuro Ifrah Certifications.

Our newly renovated rehab gym includes an ADL kitchen, full bath, paraffin treatment, hydrocollator for hot and cold therapy, NuStep, Flexiciser, standing frame, parallel bars, and a quiet speech room. We utilize a full bath to practice transfers, grooming and hygiene to facilitate home/community reentry, and a fully equipped ADL kitchen to focus on safety during meal prep and household management skills.
