Responsible for providing quality rehabilitative Occupational Therapy to patients by the use of assessment and treatment to develop, recover, or maintain the daily living and work skills of people with a physical, mental, or cognitive disorder. And to promote excellent customer service while adhering to state and federal standards EDUCATION

* Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.

* Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist), preferably in Home Care settings.


* Has completed successfully the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association or is licensed by another state.

* Valid, current Colorado Drivers license.

* Access to a reliable automobile.
