div class=c1bOccupational Therapist, Home Healthb Floyd Memorial Home Health Care, Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services New Albany, INdiv Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services is seeking an Indiana-licensed OT to provide occupational therapy in a community setting, including health maintenance, rehabilitation and health promotion utilizing industry and Indiana State Department of Health Professional Practice Acts standards for occupational therapy practice. Key areas of responsibility include direct patient care, performance improvement, cost control, information managementeducation, corporate compliance, safetyinfection control and clinical documentation. This position reports to the Quality Compliance Supervisor, and is responsible for COTA and Home Health Aide field supervision. bQualifications:b - Graduation from an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (or national registration eligibility) - Current Indiana OT certification or satisfactory grade on a proficiency examination conducted, approved or sponsored by the U. S.
